All approved refunds will be automatically credited to your Account Balance. We do not provide returns in the form of cash or bank transfer.

1. Refund Terms
Transaction status Failed/Error from the provider side.
Product stock is currently empty but payment has been successful.
System problems that result in orders not being processed for more than 24 hours.
2. Refund Not Valid If
Error in inputting User ID, Customer ID, Telephone Number or Zone ID by buyer.
Error in selecting product nominal or category.
The transaction status is Successful and the product has been entered into the game account.
3. How to Use the Refund Balance
The balance resulting from the refund will go into your account and can be used again at any time without time limit to purchase other products on Venus Voucher.
